Ekurhuleni West TVET College, Germiston Campus, is inviting applications from qualified candidates for the Management Assistant Trainee (NCV) Engineering position. This 18-month traineeship offers practical administrative experience and exposure to the day-to-day operations within the college environment.

Minimum Requirements:
- N6 Management Assistant Certificate
Duties and Responsibilities:
The trainee will support administrative functions and office operations, including:
- Handling telephone calls and providing excellent customer service
- Drafting and processing memos, letters, emails, and other documents
- Conducting internet research and preparing minutes of meetings
- Filing and maintaining records and documentation
- Collecting and distributing post and faxes
- Capturing data and assisting with student registration
- Updating and maintaining information on ITS
