Curo Fund Services is opening its doors to ambitious South African graduates through its Graduate Internship Programme 2025. Based in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town, this 9–12 month programme is designed to provide young finance professionals with the practical skills and industry exposure needed to build a strong foundation in fund administration and investment operations.
About the Internship
The internship is structured to give graduates hands-on involvement in the day-to-day processes of managing investment funds. From transaction processing to reporting, interns will gain invaluable exposure to how financial operations run behind the scenes. The programme offers both technical training and mentorship, ensuring participants leave with enhanced knowledge and career-ready skills.
Key Responsibilities
As part of the internship, graduates will be expected to:
- Assist with processing transactions such as trade capture, cash movements, and corporate actions.
- Perform reconciliations between internal systems and external fund managers or custodians.
- Support the preparation of client reports, performance summaries, and NAV calculations.
- Participate in data checks and validation exercises.
- Update and maintain accurate fund documentation and records.
- Work with the team to solve queries and assist in client servicing.
- Contribute to team meetings and help drive process improvements.
